These were really good!! Soft pumpkin bagels with bits of pumpkin pie spice! They are a satisfying breakfast or snack and I would definitely buy them again. I love pumpkin season lol! These bagels were perfect on their own without cream cheese! Flavor was amazing! 😋🎃. I did by the Trader Joe’s brand cream cheese but didn’t care for the flavor much. Although I don’t share Trader Joe’s enthusiasm for all things pumpkin, it’s hard to go wrong with baked goods. I was excited to try these bagels, which are made with bona fide pumpkin flour, and I’m happy to report that they are delicious! They’re subtly orange, with a soft chew and a hint of sweet autumnal spice. The warm flavor suffuses each bite but isn’t actually all that strong (which I liked because I was concerned that it might be overpowering.) As the mornings grow cooler, a toasted pumpkin bagel and some hot coffee are perfect for warding off the chill.
As you can see I totally ate them all up before I took a photo … so good with vegan butter, cinnamon, and a sprinkle of sugar… Definitely will buy these every time I see them.
