Excellent organic options for great prices at Trader Joe's. I love making smoothies with these!
I used a high power blender to combine these mango chunks with bananas. Then I
added Chia seeds to complete the base for this bowl. Toppings include: blueberries, coconut slices, strawberries, and a powdered blend of yellow mulberries, black mulberries, and Goji berries. The mangos really made this dish sing🎶🎵￼
One of my go-to’s in the freezer isle! Always use for smoothies and/or an after
dinner snack straight out of the bag. Good size chunks that are easy to blend to make smoothies. Frozen fruit has been expensive so although it isn’t a steal of a price I think it is worth it. I wish it was in a resealable bag. Swipe for nutrition info!

Another breakfast, another breakfast smoothie. My dad found this turmeric/ginger/coconut/mango/hemp recipe in a recent Parade
magazine and we decided to give it a try. It was really cold here this morning which made for less than ideal cold drink weather, but even with that this tasted great. The mangos added the most sweetness! These Trader Joe’s chunks are also a great size for snacking, and saves on time and energy involved in properly skinning and cutting a mango (a skill I have yet to hone.) 🥭
