Organic mango chunks

#organic mango from a place I never shop but the only nearby choice while visiting San Francisco. Google disagrees with what the back of packaging says about being the most consumed fruit worldwide. Google says banana, thats what I'd guess too. Wouldn't surprise me if mango is in top 5 but tomato and apple are big competition as well as orange, avocado and grape. #plasticpollution #deathbyplastic

One of my go-to’s in the freezer isle! Always use for smoothies and/or an after dinner snack straight out of the bag. Good size chunks that are easy to blend to make smoothies. Frozen fruit has been expensive so although it isn’t a steal of a price I think it is worth it. I wish it was in a resealable bag. Mango is one of my favorite fruits. A love making mango lassi or jam to top a vanilla dessert

I used a high power blender to combine these mango chunks with bananas. Then I added Chia seeds to complete the base for this bowl. Toppings include: blueberries, coconut slices, strawberries, and a powdered blend of yellow mulberries, black mulberries, and Goji berries. The mangos really made this dish sing🎶🎵
