Itās finally fig season! The green varieties are my favorites, but I still couldnāt resist
picking up a box because I love them all (I think these may be Brown Turkeys, though Iām no expert.) They are somewhat firm and mildly sweet, but not as jammy as Iād like. While they were a bit underwhelming in the flavor department, they make a beautiful addition to charcuterie boards and can be refreshing when eaten with something thatās already sweet.
