This is the first oat milk I’ve tried and it’s good! It’s nice and creamy

and has a mild sweet and vanilla taste. This is a really good plant oat milk.

Good oat milk is hard to come around, so finding this gem at #TraderJoes was

lucky! It has a smooth consistency which is the hardest to find in an #oatmilk, and has the perfect touch of sweetness. I was glad to see it has significantly less sodium and 1 extra gram of protein, compared to my usual almond breeze milk. It does have a higher calorie count, but I’ll take the extra energy! I’m trying to move to #oat rather than almond milk, since one almond requires 14.5 ltrs, while a whole ltr of oat milk needs 48 ltrs of water in total! #mylk #staple #veganstaples

Ugh I had such high hopes for this!
Initial reaction: it’s brown? Super odd and I

guess after thinking about it more I understand that oat milk will not be bright white, but the color of this was definitely darker than I’ve ever seen before and it was weirdly off-putting.
Also, it’s sweet. And this is not any kind of sweetened flavor, it’s plain. I really always want my mylk to be unsweetened because I use it in savory recipes too, and this didn’t pass the test.
What a sad day 😭 (I finished the carton obvi but didn’t like it one bit.)

I’m #teamsoy but if I can’t get my favorite soy milk I buy oat milk.

I like that it’s thicker and creamier than other plant milks. And I’m not a fan of almond milk at all-very bad for the environment, as well as I don’t like how thin and tasteless it is.
