Yum! Not sure how one could go wrong with mushrooms + puff pastry.

These are a delicious treat. Flaky and savory. Nice to see another vegan seasonal option. Hope they return to Trader Joe’s next year.

These frozen mushroom en croute were pretty good, better than I expected. They come out

nice and crispy on the outside with hot gravy goodness on the inside when baked in the oven.

I did not like these, but my husband thought they were great. The mushroom

filling tasted bitter to me. I baked them for 30 minutes, but the top of the pastry didn’t brown until I broiled them for a bit. After that it was golden and flaky, and honestly the best part of this dish. I wouldn’t buy these again. #abillionlove
