So happy to find a fish sauce free kimchi at Trader Joe's!! Unfortunately in a plastic tub but this #kimchilover just had to taste it! Not spicy and tangy just the way I like it! Fermented Napa cabbage for #guthealth! I added to a type of nourish bowl I put together and it really gave my bowl the extra zip it needed!! It's kimchi without the fish sauce. I love eating it as a snack or along with a meal. It's a bit spicy but not very spicy.
This is really my first foray into kimchi, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I appreciate that this product is so readily available and accesible at TJ’s! It’s sour and tangy and I like the texture. If anyone has guidance about the best way to enjoy kimchi, I am all ears!
