Jack fruit is amazing stuff! I like to use this canned jack fruit for either

a curry or using in a salad like I have pictured. For the salad I like to mash the jack fruit then steam for about 10 minutes or so. When cooled, add in finely chopped celery, vegan mayonnaise (I like to make my own), salt, pepper, cayenne and pepper. I then like to take a lightly steamed coconut wrap and put the jackfruit salad inside. It is sooo good! I can’t stop myself from eating it!

First time trying jackfruit.
I'm not a very good cook but I tried to replicate

a recipe and made it with bbq sauce. It was okay! Good texture! I definitely have to try it a different way

This Trader Joe’s canned Jack fruit is pretty awesome. You don’t have to deal with

the mess or weight of cutting a huge jackfruit.

I used this can of jackfruit for bbq sandwiches and it was an excellent

vehicle for the sauce. It didn't provide much flavor by itself.

I love Trader Joe’s .. they really do have good stuff cheap … this jackfruit

was a good price. I used it for bbq .. yummy ..
This is a must have staple in my home.
