It’s not my favorite (that would be baked steel cut oats with fruit) but I
usually want something quick in the morning and this is perfectly ok when I want a quick hot breakfast. Ready in literally 2 minutes, top with fresh or frozen berries and a bit of almond milk and it’s a good & fast breakfast on those cold mornings.
