Even though I stored this in my fridge for about a month before opening the package, the tortillas were so soft and pliable. Even the next day, they didn’t become stiff and breakable like some tortillas do. This makes making my burritos really easy to make. I made breakfast burritos with the so far, using Just Egg, potatoes from my garden, and other veggies. It’s so tasty, with just a hint of spice, that it makes eating at home exciting! I don’t have Trader Joe’s where I live, but these take up so little space that I’ll definitely buy more of these the next time I travel to a place with Trader Joe’s.
Although these have more ingredients then I’d prefer in a tortilla, it does provide a little source of #calcium and #iron.

I find that Trader Joe's does not shy away from spice, and these tortillas are no exception. They have a nice amount of heat to them, enough so that when I use these I don't add extra hot sauce to the filling.🔥🌶️ I also really love the bright orange color.
I recently used these to make quesadillas, which are perfect for a quick and tasty meal. I used some homemade Cuban black beans, sweet corn, and melty vegan cheese, all nestled in a crispy habanero tortilla🤤
