Gochujang

I was so excited to see that tjs is carrying Gochujang or Korean Fermented Red Pepper Paste. I haven’t cooked with this a lot but I plan to as it adds a nice flavor with a little kick to sauces, ramens, mixed veggies and tofu dishes. I can’t compare authenticity due to lack of experience with many similar products but I liked it and will buy again!

I was happy to see Trader Joe's carrying this gochujang - red pepper paste🌶️.
It has just the right amount of heat, and goes well in so many dishes.
It's $1.99 for 7 oz. It would be nice if it wasn't in a plastic container though.
