This salad has a lot of ingredients that are fresh and nutritious. I especially appreciate the kale as opposed to iceberg lettuce. #vegankale

This salad has my favorite dressing. The #kale and chickpeas are smart sources of protein and iron.
I went to Trader Joe’s for the first time in a few years while visiting my sister back in the US. I really miss this store. Grabbed this salad and really, really, enjoyed it. Lots of great, healthy, ingredients and flavors. Not a huge serving, but satisfying. Wish there were an alternative to the plastic container.
