We really liked the gluten-free and vegan crackers. I was a big fan of the
coconut milk taste in the crackers, but we finished the bag so obviously they weren't bad!

These cauliflower snacks by Trader Joe's were pretty good. Just had a burst of coconut
aftertaste. Cheezy flavor at first crunchy bite with a hits of herby spices.
Not sure I’d get these again but glad I tried them. They are pretty #highinsodium and #saturatedfat per serving for my liking.

Really enjoying these! They are flavorful on their own but really nice to enjoy
with vegan cheese, hummus or another savory dip like a thick veggie ranch dip. Texture is similar to brown rice crackers. Thin, crispy, light. Would be a lovely addition to a snack tray.

Like the idea and the full-on cauliflower flavor, which I love. But they’re definitely not
as crisp or airy as I expected. A bit dense and hard to break. Also leaves a slight greasiness after the bite.
