This is perfect. I'd love to find a good vegan buffalo mozzarella to make a caprese salad but I put it on salad and pizza so far, it's great has the right amount of sweetness and tang.
i tried it on avocado toast today and it was delish! it adds a strong sweet tang. such a game changer for when the avo toast feels too dry and needs a lil smth. also great for under $3
