Its got a different texture than your average pasta but it’s good for bean based pasta and a good protein boost when you hate beans like me
My daughter nearly 3 years loves this. It’s a super healthy option to pasta (looks and tastes like pasta) They are red before boiling and a bit disappointing that they loose the color during cooking but still taste is great
