Me and my dad have had this for Xmas the last few years, he’s not
vegan but asks for this so it obviously appeals to not-yet-vegans. Some people say it’s dry but you need to baste it (you make one from olive oil + soy sauce). I find it difficult to carve but it tastes nice so I don’t care if it looks dodgy. It’s been harder to track down this year - only TheVeganKind seemed to have it in stock. Comes with a packet of gravy (which needs heating on stove). Soy-based, vegan certified. More expensive than supermarket vegan roasts, but worth it for special occasions. #veganin2020 #festive
