I made this for my Christmas dinner. I had never made this before and followed
all the instructions and suggestions resulting in a wonderful meal! It even convinced one of my non-vegan family members!
I accompanied this with root veggies (carrots, cambray potatoes, yellow and orange yams). I topped this with an olive oil, rosemary, pepper, soy sauce, oregano, thyme and garlic baste. Additionally I made some green beans and a vegan gravy with veggie broth and flour.
Very delicious! The texture and taste is very much like the meat version. Really, I don’t get why people still insist on eating animals if we have these amazing options! #veganchristmas
