I made this for my Christmas dinner. I had never made this before and followed

all the instructions and suggestions resulting in a wonderful meal! It even convinced one of my non-vegan family members!

I accompanied this with root veggies (carrots, cambray potatoes, yellow and orange yams). I topped this with an olive oil, rosemary, pepper, soy sauce, oregano, thyme and garlic baste. Additionally I made some green beans and a vegan gravy with veggie broth and flour.

Very delicious! The texture and taste is very much like the meat version. Really, I don’t get why people still insist on eating animals if we have these amazing options! #veganchristmas

I love the tofurky roast! As pictured, I plate it with stuffing and my family

and friends loveee it. The texture isn’t superrrr “meat like,” but it’s still very tasty - and mixed together with other Thanksgiving staples you can’t tell the difference!

lo salado se compensó. Eso si el rellenonde arroz fue mi parte favorita.

Way too salty for my liking. The stuffing was my favorite part.
