à feu doux toute la journée et ça la rend super tendre/juteuse. Je suis triste qu’elle soit dispo juste dans le temps des fêtes!!!

This was my first time trying this, as I was cooking thanksgiving for my non
vegan family this year (scary I know). This was $40 which I thought was pricey but then I realized what all comes in there. There was a "turkey" which was enough to feed atleast 4 people ( we had lots of other food ), it was pre-stuffed already!!, a giant package of DELICIOUS gravy, and even a small chocolate cheesecake! So when I thought about buying all those things separately surely this as $40 wasn't a big deal anymore. The only thing I bought separately for this specifically was veggie broth to baste the "turkey". You cook it pretty much the same, in a pan and baste. The texture ended up being more like ham to me but the stuffing on the inside was really good kind of rice like opposed to bread, and the gravy was phenomenal!! My non vegan family really enjoyed this and had basically the same thoughts on it all as me (they're hard asses when it comes to vegan food too). The chocolate cheese cake was extremely flavourful and rich. I would deffs get this again. ( my only tip is to baste the "turkey" like crazy! I think I basted mine every 10-15 mins ).

It was very good, I roasted some vegetables on the side with it so it
was larger meal and extra nutrition. The box says serves six but really only serves two in my opinion. Generally it is a little more pricey but where I bought this it was very very cheap as it was after holidays. All in all this is a great alternative to a holiday meal with meat, definitely a good choice.
