Excellent quality organic soft tofu. I cut it into thick slices and marinated them for

about an hour. Then I fried the slices in olive oil at medium heat for a few minutes each side till they got a yellowish colour and became a bit crispy on the outside. They came out absolutely delicious! I found that product at AB Vasilopoulos super market at the price of 1.8€/200g. I am definitely going to buy it again.

Made some carry tofu and basmati rice with this one. It was tasty could make

it better and will next time

It's ok. You need to dry it out and mix it with sauces. Great for

snacking and for meals.

My favorite natural tofu until now! It has an amazing texture and it's perfect if

you eat it raw scrambled!
