I like the texture of these tofu noodles - somewhat like tau kwa (i.e. firm tofu) cut into strips. They don’t have much taste so I recommend cooking them in a strong tasting sauce. I cooked mine in gochujang sauce with white crab mushrooms. Lip-smacking good yet low in carbs! 😋 #lowcarb #korean #vegan
10/10, would recommend. Super easy high protein lunch. Yes, they taste like tofu, which is a little odd at first, but you get used to it.
