i used a new one for my experimental journey to find the perfect tofu for scramble and got to say that i didn't like this one for that. it is very firm, has a kinda greyish color and also a funky taste. that's a no. will use different kinds for my scramble journey. won't buy this one again.

Amazing product, soft, nice texture and not soaked into liquid.
Perfect tofu block. Prepared palak tofu curry (spinach, lentil curry) and it was delicious. So many ways to flavour this versatile block. Love it !!! This is one of my mom’s best recipes. I miss her so much.
This tofu has a particular consistency. It's not smooth as the one from other brands but kind of porous. I was a bit concerned but after cooking it, it seems that it could absorb the soy sauce taste quite well. I still prefer the other one though. #veganin2021
