Tofu

Love this tofu. Comes in a block and needs to be thawed prior. Can spice it up and add to anything at all 🌱👌🏼💛

I marinated it for half an hour then put it in the oven for 25 mins. We had it in wraps with avo, lettuce, roasted sweet potato cut into small pieces, sweet piquante pepper and it was really tasty. R50 at Checkers. #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary

This tofu is delicious—it is firm and takes up flavour easily I totally enjoyed it

This is the only tofu we use and we find it so versatile and delicious and it's not expensive. We buy ours at checkers who often have them on special for 2 for R70. Pictured here is tofu scramble, so yummy.
