These breakfast sausages tasted really good. The maple hickory flavour is well balanced, not too overwhelming. It's also got a good texture, not too smooth. Each sausage has 11g of protein, but it doesn't have as much vitamins/other nutrients that other faux sausages are typically fortified with. These are $9 regular price for 4 *small* sausages which is on the pricy side. I bought these on sale and probably wouldn't pay regular price for it.
This is a tasty product- but with only four little sausages per pack it is not very economical for the price, which is on par with alot of other vegan meat products. I probably won't be buying again for awhile at least. I hope they will expand their product line so that I may give this a try again in the future!
