One of the best tempeh I’ve tried so far. I had it first time in a salad and then I’ve tried it also in a stir fry. Sweet taste, this is ready to eat, it just needs to be fried a couple of minutes in a pan. Nutritionally good, it’s an easy way to add proteins to my diet. Reccomended and I will buy again.
Tempeh is one of the most densed plant based protein food you can find. Like tofu, it is also rich in calcium and iron. These are delicious in salad or curry
