Wow, this is an impressielvely good cereal! Nutritionally it is has great stats... only 130

calories per serving and each serving has 8 grams of protein. It's made from from only a few simple ingredients, no fillers or weird stuff, and most importantly it tastes great. Lightly sweet and it doesn't get soggy in the soy milk. The only downside is price. It is pretty expensive for cereal at $7/box, but I bought this one and the cocoa flavor as part of a BOGO deal at Sprouts. Will have to wait until a sale to buy it again.

I love #cinnamon so in this case I could tolerate the #lowsugar, #lowcarb approach. This

certainly has a claim to being #toohealthy 😬 I knew that as it was a #cereal I'd be able to compensate for flavour in many other ways; maple syrup did the trick for me 😛 On the other hand my girlfriend had it with unsweetened almond milk and said that the combination was already naturally sweet enough 🤷‍♂️ #breakfast but no [#]breakfastofchampions 😐
