Loved these lardons, used them to make a pasta amatriciana and they worked wonderfully, they’re the perfect size, a little on the tougher side with the right level of smokiness. Would buy them again 💯

Honestly, I believe this is the most realistic vegan pancetta I have ever tried! I usually buy it for vegan carbonara, but today I have tried it in a classic amatriciana pasta. Cooking according to the family recipe, I almost cried. You can still have your tradition without exploiting and killing animal 🌱💞
Similar high quality to beyond meat... Very realistic, only downside is price. We put some in a vegan carbonara and was perfect!
