There are two bakeries that distribute Girl Scout cookies. ABC Bakers offers 6 vegan flavors, while Little Brownie Bakers only offers one. My wife and I prefer Thin Mints from ABC Bakers as they are crunchier and mintier than the ones from Little Brownie Bakers. Warning … these are eat the entire box good … also excellent right from the freezer (if you can wait that long) I’m happy to see the Girl Scout cookies are becoming more and more vegan friendly…. ABC Bakers and Little Brownie Bakers both make Thin Mints! It was only this year that I found out that they are not the same recipe and they taste a lot different! I decided to try both to see which one I liked better. I think the Thin Mints from from ABC Bakers were mintier, and they are thinner with a great crunch!
