Aubergine Parmigiana

These were on sale so I wanted to try. Quite yummy and good score on

Yuka. I’d get again on sale. I added some butter and rocket.

a pretty solid product! it wasn’t as flavourful as i expected it to be so

i’d perhaps have it with a sauce next time (i just added a bit of vegan butter and black pepper this time), but still a good product to have as a quick, easy and filling meal (it took 3 mins to cook!!) :)

This was really good, quite tomatoey and full of flavour. The cheese isn't overwhelming and

the gluten free pasta doesn't ruin it.

Unfortunately the cooking instructions aren't good - after 3 minutes it was hard and dry, so I ended up having to cook it again and then it was nice!

I wasn't the most impressed with these. The pasta was quite thick and rubbery and

the filling didn't have much flavour. I much prefer the Tesco ravioli which doesn't taste gluten free.

A bit pricey and not to my personal taste. I prefer the plant pioneers version
