I so wanted to love these.. and maybe I shouldn’t have made them in the air fryer.. the texture was off .. almost mushy .. I’m going to sum that up to my cooking skills.. I will try another cooking method. The flavor is good .. I hope making them in a different way will improve the texture. #smoked #vegansausage

I am devastated that the Very Good Butchers are closing their doors. I genuinely do not think that any meat alternative comes close on the West Coast for flavour & texture. Smoky ‘meats’ aren’t my favourite - but I’ve used these in pastas, on pizzas, atop salads, and in our festive sausage rolls - simply fantastic. VG you will be much missed.
This is our go to hot dog. Love the flavour and simple ingredients. The hot dog is a little soft but that’s normal for a vegan hot dog so don’t let that deter you.
These sausages are as they’re labeled. Bangin’. I like the ingredients too.
Love to be able to recreate some dishes from my childhood using plant based alternatives like this one. These “sausage” taste really good and love to support local businesses like the very good butcher!
