Cajun Sausage

Wow this sausage was so delicious and unique! First time having this flavor of vegan sausage and it was the best sausage I have had. Unfortunately it is quite expensive though, but worth it for the occasional treat.

These are spicy 🌶️ and fat! Jalapeños and Green Bell peppers 🫑 definitely come through. Unlike some of VGs other sausage products these are gluten free ~ so definitely a great option for anyone not able to have vital wheat gluten/seitan ingredients. Served these with spud mash, hot sauce and spice roasted cauliflower but really looking forward to trying these again in the summer on a BBQ. Ingredients: Water, Pea protein, Organic sunflower oil, Calcium alginate casing, Vinegar, Organic onion, Coconut oil, Methylcellulose, Organic garlic, Natural flavours, Nutritional yeast, Organic cane sugar, Hemp seeds, Chickpeas, Sunflower seeds, Fava bean protein, Mushroom extract, Celery salt (salt, ground celery seed), Potato starch, Organic jalapenos, Organic green bell peppers, Potassium chloride, Vitamins and minerals (niacinamide [vitamin B3], vitamin B12, copper gluconate, zinc gluconate, ferric orthophosphate [iron], calcium pantothenate [vitamin B5], dipotassium phosphate, magnesium oxide, riboflavin [vitamin B2], thiamine hydrochloride [vitamin B1], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6]), Yeast extract, Herbs, Spices.

La première fois que j’essaye ces saucisses. Sur le barbecue, je les ai trouvé sec et je n’ai pas trop aimé le goût. Peut-être le cajun? Je vais sûrement essayer d’autres saveurs, pour me faire une meilleure idée.

This is the 2nd product i try from the very good butchers , the texture is on point , the taste is good and spicy , the beyond sausages are the still the king of sausages ...but this is a good product , it's more expensive the beyond so i'll be sticking with Beyond spicy sausages
