Rlly nice soft fishy meat! Would be great with a nice tartar sauce and some peas. 😊 I just air fried it and it turned out crispy outside while soft on the inside. Very light airy and fluffy on the "meat" inside. Has a rlly nice fishy/seaweed/octopus(the Chinese fishy snacks I used to have as a kid) aftertaste.

This is a pretty great and tasty fish substitute, not perfect though. It’s texture could be softer in its texture to better replicate fresh battered fish rather than older battered fish which has hardened a little. It also tastes very similar to the vegan chicken products by Vegetarian Butcher so perhaps ingredient inputs could be changed to make it taste more like fish.
