Kala Namak

I got this #kalanamak from #amazon in January of this year and am just now reviewing it 🤣😅 At the time of purchase, it was $6.95. I looked to see if it was the same price, but it is currently now $7.95. I love this #blacksalt! It has a sulphuric scent, and I use it in a variety of dishes like #tofu “egg” salad sandwiches, #vegan omelets, tofu scramble and anything else that needs to achieve an egg-like flavor. This kala namak also comes in a glass jar with a metallic lid that can be reused if you have a store where you can fill up your own jars and stuff (I do not unfortunately and have always wanted to go to such a store! 😩). This black salt ( I know it’s pink!) makes anything taste like eggs. Mix with tofu and you have egg salad alternative.
