This tastes nice and smoky- great for spreading on a bagel or sandwich. The texture
is kind of pasty and rubbery though, not creamy. The main ingredient is root vegetables (potato and parsnip) which is different and makes it seem healthier, but the second ingredient is coconut oil so it's still high in calories and saturated fat. I found this at Grocery Outlet for $3.99 which is still kind of expensive. They had a lot of different flavors available, too.
