I was a bit leery with this purchase, as I typically enjoy cheeses and spreads that are nut and seed based but don’t usually care for ones that are primarily starch and oil. This one is root vegetable based (with coconut oil) and I don’t believe I’ve had a cream cheese like this before. The texture is noticeably different but still nice and easy to spread. The flavor is savory and, though not overly strong, I could taste the garlic and herbs. This was nice as a dip for carrots and as a spread on a sandwich.
