Saved 51%the adventurous option 😉 cooked up well, lovely mix of flavours in the roast and the stuffing, the glaze kept it nice and moist, perfect alongside my favourite festive veg and crispy potatoes! Will be testing it on the Christmas panini later as well!
used to small and light meals so when I had this for Christmas day; I could not eat almost anything the next day, so for long term satisfying hunger - this is a good idea :) I would recommend it for special occasions. Bought in Nourish, Blanchardstown, cannot remember the price...
fed 4 people each time with plenty leftover for sandwiches after. Good size & value.
First cooking attempt was quite chewy but taste was still there. Stuffing inside was soggy. Perhaps we overcooked?
Second attempt was much better,
I went off box instruction & seared the outside in a pan first, then tinfoiled for only half of cooking time. Glad I had a 2nd roast to try as now I would buy again.
Irish company too so big plus.
my opinion. A bit expensive 19,90, wouldn't buy it again. It's good but not worth for the price.
sauce for it, and it was very good, its price was ok, compared with the other brands. I got it with a deal at A Tesco! the stuffing was nice too!
