I typically use this during the week alongside Bagel or toast, to add the extra crunch and flavour. Typically one tub would be split between two days, so it is a quick on the go and healthy meal, if you're in emergency. What I dislike: Only issue is the thick plastic packaging, so best to make your own batch of bean chilli using a pressure cooker. Suggested use: You can use protein bagel for the extra protein and crunchy/filling lunch. Can be used with falafel or have your own salad pn the side with this alone! My final verdict: Quick and easy pot to take when on a hurry or have a busy lifestyle. Often it is used as a third option and it has wholefood ingredients without preservatives and additives.
