Last night left over soup mixed in with pasta, mushrooms, spinach and these amazing plant

meat free balls from Tesco! They’re really amazing!! You don’t need to eat 6, 3/4 is enough 🤣 the texture is meaty and the flavour has a bit of a kick. Think these are my favourite ones so far..

The best veggie meat balls I've ever had! The packaging says they aren't suitable for

home freezing but I've never noticed any difference and they last me much longer if they're frozen. They're only £2.00 and absolutely worth it!

Not my favourite #veganmeatballs - they were very chewy and quite meat-like when first cooked

which was weird, and then left for a bit they turned softer and sort of powdery? I didn’t like the taste either. They are clearly labelled vegan and slightly bigger than other #meatballs I’ve had, but I don’t think they are as healthy. I won’t get these again. #plantchef #meatalternative

Compared to Green Cuisine Meat-free Meatballs, these are half the price and lower calorie. They're

a little lower in protein, and quite a lot higher in carbs. Both are soya-free, but the Plant Chef balls contain palm oil. I think these are less tasty. They are more compact, and are less like actual meat balls, both taste-wise and texture wise.

Overall the green cuisine meat balls win, just catch them when they're on offer.
