Can't go wrong with potatoes, this is the ultimate vegan ingredient I think ahaha. Just

standard basic roast potatoes. :) Some of them reminded me of eating a roasted earthy mushroom with that watery juice squishing out as you take a bike.

Bought at Tesco. Paid £0.60 (normally £2). Needed some extra spices, but ok.
