Hoisin

Yay! A wrap that isn’t falafel and houmous for a change! (Even though I love

falafel, variety is the spice of life and all that jazz). Really happy with this vegan hoisin wrap. The taste and texture is pretty spot on. This will no doubt become a regular lunch option if I’m not bringing in a lunch to work.

The flavour of this wrap is nice, however the ‘duck’ itself is quite hard, if

you have ever tried Linda McCartney duck pieces then this definitely isn’t as good. The presentation isn’t great, unless you can fit the whole wrap in your mouth get ready for either all duck and no veg, or vice verse. £2.75 on it’s own or can be part of the £3 meal deal. Will likely buy again in a pinch but not my first choice.

I didn’t think I would ever have bought this cause i don’t like meat flavours.

However it was the only plant-based left at the corner. What i tasted in this wrap are the hoisin sauce, the soy meat and onions. I don’t know you but i personally don’t like it. Overall it has a sweet tendency and it leaves a horrible taste in that mouth
