One of the best vegan cheeses I have ever tried, and since it is supermarket branded it is very well priced. Of all the cheeses I've tried, this is the one that melts the best and also tastes great.
Great option for mozzarela cheese. Normally I melt with a bit of vegan double cream so It turns into a type of cheese from Brazil called "Catupiry" 😋
This is an okay alternative to Parmesan... some of the other alternatives can be really expensive so I'll stick to this for now #vegan #cheese #parmesan #tesco #freefrom
Good Parmesan substitute is difficult to find. This Tesco free from is pretty good. Great to top moussaka and will crisp and brown in the oven
