Breaded Goujons

These were so good, I'd happily eat them on their own but good as a

part of a meal. The breaded coating was so tasty. #huntsabs

Decent plant based goujons, quick and easy to make and quite versatile to use. I

like adding these into wraps with roasted pepper/onions, rice and salsa for a Mexican “chicken” style burrito.

These breaded goujons were really underwhelming in my opinion. I’m not sure why I had

such high hopes, but I’m used to a certain standard of faux chicken, and this does not reach it for me. I prefer Tesco’s own vegan chicken style nuggets or quorn’s vegan nuggets. The texture was okay, I just found them bland and lacking

got these reduced at about £1.50 - so can't complain about the price. I think

I overcooked by a couple minutes - they are okay. Quite bland, really. Only 6 goujons in a pack. Might work well with loads of sauce and veg in a wrap?
