I found that popping them in the toaster makes them more crispy and gives them colour.

I’m not sure if the popular brand of waffle contains anything that makes it not
vegan but I get these because they are cheaper and I always have. I only noticed they were vegan this week! Love these with bean and ‘cheese’ on. Would recommend to anyone cheap and easy! Can be cooked in the toaster too!

The cheapest but one of the worst potato waffles. They are thinner than other shops
and brands and are also much softer and greasier. For the price (£1.20) they’re good enough for a quick freezer dinner though!

What you expect from a potato waffle really. Crisp up nicely and fluffy on the
inside. Great for when you can't be bothered to cook
