So though I try my best to not just be vegan, but rather be on a whole-foods plant-based diet, these chips really wake up the "french fries and oreos are vegan" side of me. These are crisp, but thicker than your traditional Frito Lays, certainly less oily. 10/10 on flavor and texture, not as high on nutrition unfortunately.
Look at that beautiful blue purple hue😍 I got this small bag of chips on sale (less than the $1 USD this will generate!) and the size is perfect for one-person snacking. The chips are crunchy and quite salty but since the bag is small it didn't feel like too much.
