The last few almost explode in my hands, not sure why. They were too bubbly, also the taste than was too acidy.

I make my own kombucha, but still have to try the ones on the market
and this one is one of the best I have tried so far. Sour, fruity and slightly spicy. I find it quite strong in both taste and carbonation (has added CO2), so I dilute it with water.
