Plant based Pepperoni pizza

I’ve avoided making this pizza for while as I thought I wouldn’t like it. My experience with Tattooed Chef has been hit or miss and this pizza seems to have both loyal fans and haters. Plot twist - I actually enjoyed it. The cauliflower crust was sturdy yet pliable. The pepperoni was flavorful; it wasn’t quite like what I remember and far less greasy but one of the better vegan pepperonis that I’ve tried. And, most surprisingly to me, the cheese didn’t have that “vegan cheese” aftertaste. It was a little gluey and wasn’t appealing to the eye, however, as it didn’t really melt well. Is this a new favorite? Nope! There’s several frozen vegan pizzas that I enjoy much more but it ranked higher than anticipated. It’s a bit like roller rink pizza - not a food favorite but good for the moment. This was a really good straight up pepperoni pizza! The cauliflower crust was fantastic!

The texture of this pizza is what made it a not pleasant experience, the pepperoni is mushy and super spicy (which i didnt mind). It was okay, wouldn’t buy again.

I can’t lie I really disliked this if you like mushroom flavor you’ll like this but that was not my cup of tea I’ll stick to daiyas frozen pizza
