Me la recomendó mi nutricionista ya que según ella hay varias q no son veganas 🤷🏻‍♀️

Al principio le sentía sabor y olor a pollo, me gustaba y ahora no soporto el olor 🤦🏼‍♀️ La dosis que tomo es media pastilla cada dos semanas, pero hay que consultar con tu nutricionista o médico de cabecera 💁🏼‍♀️ Me siento SUPER BIEN. Al ser medio comprimido dura un montón.

Excelente producto, tienen mucha b12 en una sola capsula lo que la hace rendir mucho más que otras marcas, y el precio es muy económico. Pd, no olvides nunca de tomar tu b12!
