Tofu ahumado firme, muy buena textura para cocinar.

This is really the best tofu that there is like ever. There are also good one that are softer, but from the firm ones this one is my number one. It is a bit more expensive however very delicious. It is from Germany.

Big fan of an already marinated tofu. This savory protein source comes with cute grill lines or cut marks or whatever and can be tossed straight into a salad, no cooking required (it’s even good plain, honestly)!

Staple item in my pantry, mostly used sliced and cold along with sandwiches. Nice texture and mouthfeel. It’s gotten more expensive over the years but is still a great option to upgrade cold dinners.
