is cooking the potatoes a little longer..

I have never seen vegan potato salad inside a store before, I’ve just always made
my own. But, I had to give this a try! It’s very #yummy, #creamy, and mustardy. Lol. Tabitha Brown’s product are only available for a limited time, however. But, I love the freshness that the celery in it gives! It’s a wonderful, delicious side dish for summer days/nights. 😋 I added some chopped pickles on top because what’s a potato salad without pickles? 😉
