S’mores Cookie

This cookie was in the swag bag I received today at the Burlington Veg Fest, although the company itself wasn’t represented at the festival.

I love the goodies from SFTE and this cookie didn’t disappoint. Chewy and delicious!

This was the perfect pairing with my oat latte! Sweet but not overly and very fresh!  So happy to see vegan options at Second Cup…not the case as Starbucks.

This was the fix for my sweet craving! Super fresh with the perfect combination of chocolate and marshmallows- vegan of course!

This is how my son describes the taste of this cookie: crunchy yummy-ness and I agree! It was sooooo good and probably a bit crunchy because I got it about two weeks ago. The first one I had was softer. Both were delicious. #vegancookie

Good cookie! Not very s'mores-y though, it was more just like a chocolate chip cookie to me; don't think there were much marshmallows in there
