These cookies are delicious! You wouldn't know they're gluten, dairy and egg free. Yes, it'll
take some time to prepare but they are worth it. So good out of the oven!

Our favourite cookies to make - an extra step because the dough isn’t individually portioned,
but cookies are chewy and not too rich. The oats help reduce the sweetness and give a nice texture.
Bonus is that ingredients are organic and palm oil is listed as sustainable (is that a legit thing? I hope so).
