Duchess Cookie

This is a little processed for my taste, but I saw them at The Herbivorous Butcher and I’ve never tasted it before.

This was really good. The texture had a great variety, and the graham cracker, chocolate, and caramel flavors were excellent. It was also surprisingly filling.
